Mixed by Grammy winner Steve Hardy (Jay Z, Alecia Keys) and mastered by Andy VanDette (Sublime, David Bowie) The Frst's "Small Talk" is an analogy for post pandemic times where human contact is all but extinct.

Though perhaps best known as Nashville’s ‘rock supergroup’ with musicians from Taking Back Sunday and Insane Clown Posse, “Small Talk” saw Mikei Gray performing all 130+ tracks in the session entirely himself, though it was Adam Lazzara's (Taking Back Sunday) gifting of a Digitech 'Grunge' guitar pedal that brought the song life.
